Spices Board Trainee Selection Process 2026
The selection process is simple. Candidates have to attend a walk-in written test or computer proficiency test as required by the Spices Board. After this, their documents will be checked.
Written Test
Candidates will have to appear for the written test at the centre given for their unit office. The test will be held at different locations between 22nd and 31st October 2026.
Computer Proficiency Test

Spices Board Trainee Salary 2026
The selected candidates will get a monthly stipend of Rs. 20,000 during the two-year training period. This is a training position and not a regular government job. The training does not lead to regular appointment or regularization. Candidates will also receive Travelling Allowance when they travel officially to spice fields. Trainees will get one day of leave per month.
Spices Board Trainee Walk-in Test Centres 2026
The Spice Board Trainee Recruitment exam walk-in test will not be held at one common place. Candidates must go to the centre connected with their selected unit office. For example, Sakleshpur unit candidates will report to the Spices Board Regional Office in Hassan, while Gangtok unit candidates will report to the Regional Office in Gangtok.
