1. Nature of Products & Digital Content Delivery

PrayaasKaro (prayaaskaro.in) provides electronic, digital educational content and assessment tools, including but not limited to GATE Subject-Wise Test Series, Chapter-Wise Tests, Full-Length Mock Exams, authentic Master PYQs, and online rank analytics.

Immediate Access: When you enroll in and pay for a test series package, full digital access to the purchased assessments, test platforms, and solutions is activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation timestamped in our system.

2. What the Customer Receives

Upon successful payment for any GATE Test Series bundle, the enrolled student receives:

• Immediate, unrestricted access to all chapter-wise, subject-wise, and full-length simulated mock tests included in the specified package.
• Official IIT Pattern examination simulation matching the TCS iON computer-based test interface.
• Built-in official GATE Virtual Calculator simulation.
• Comprehensive performance analytics, including question-wise time analysis, accuracy rates, and MSQ/NAT evaluations.
• Detailed solutions, answer keys, and master question paper alignments.

3. Access Duration & Validity

Your digital access commences immediately from the exact date and time of payment verification and remains valid until the completion of the GATE 2027 Examination (or the specific validity date explicitly specified on the bundle page at checkout).

After the examination cycle concludes, access to the series tests expires automatically. Access cannot be paused, transferred to another candidate, or extended to subsequent years.

4. Cancellation Policy

Because our test series packages grant instantaneous, irrevocable access to proprietary educational test content, digital question banks, and de-shuffled solutions upon payment, cancellations are not permitted once payment is completed and content access has been unlocked.

5. Refund Eligibility & Exceptions

Under standard operating conditions, all purchases of digital test series are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, dissatisfaction with personal scores, accidental purchase, or lack of personal time to complete tests.

6. Refund Claim Procedure

If you have experienced a duplicate deduction or payment failure:

1. Send an email from your registered PrayaasKaro account email address to contact@prayaaskaro.in within 48 hours of the transaction.
2. Include your Student Name, Registered Email, Razorpay Payment ID(s), and bank debit proof/receipt.
3. Our billing and technical team will review gateway logs within 24 to 48 business hours.

Turnaround Time: Once approved, refunds are credited automatically back to the original payment source (bank account, card, or UPI ID) within 5 to 7 business days, governed by Razorpay and banking clearance schedules.

7. Platform Availability & Downtime Protocol

PrayaasKaro strives to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for examination infrastructure. However, occasional scheduled maintenance or unexpected cloud provider interruptions may occur.

If you experience technical issues while attempting a test or if our portal is temporarily unavailable:

• Immediately notify us at contact@prayaaskaro.in with your registered email ID and screenshots of the issue.
• Temporary downtime does not constitute grounds for a full subscription refund. Our priority technical team resolves service outages expediently and ensures test attempts and progress are preserved.
