JEPC Educational Qualification Relaxation 2026
Candidates who have completed 10 years of service under SSA, Samagra Shiksha, RMSA, KGBV, Sakshar Bharat or Mahila Samakhya are eligible for a relaxation of 5% in the minimum percentage of marks prescribed for the educational qualification.
JEPC Age Limit 2026
The minimum age for the recruitment is 21 years. The maximum age varies according to the candidate’s category. For new applicants, age and educational qualification will be determined as on 30th September 2026.

JEPC Age Relaxation 2026
JEPC officials/employees working under SSA, Samagra Shiksha, RMSA, KGBV, Sakshar Bharat or Mahila Samakhya programmes can receive age relaxation according to their work experience, subject to a maximum relaxation of 10 years.
A valid work experience certificate issued by the competent appointing authority will be required to claim this relaxation.
JEPC Reservation Rules 2026
Reservation rules of the Government of Jharkhand will apply to the recruitment. Candidates claiming BC-I, BC-II, SC, ST or EWS reservation must satisfy the Jharkhand domicile and certificate requirements prescribed in the notification.
Candidates belonging to reserved categories from States other than Jharkhand will be treated as General category candidates. They will not receive Jharkhand reservation benefits.

JEPC Previous Applicant Fee Exemption
Candidates who appeared in the examinations conducted under the previous advertisements specifically listed in the 2026 notification are not required to pay the examination fee again. Such candidates have to attach the previously issued Admit Card as proof.
Can a Candidate Apply for More Than One JEPC Post?
No. The notification states that the application should be submitted for only one post by a candidate.
JEPC Recruitment 2026 Contract Period
Appointments under JEPC Recruitment 2026 will initially be made on Short Term Contract basis for one year. The contract may be extended annually depending on satisfactory performance and the period for which the programme continues to be implemented by JEPC.
An annual performance assessment will also be carried out for deciding extension of the contract.
