The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is going to announce the RRB Technician Exam Date for Both Grade III & I at the official website. What is RRB Technician Grade III and Grade I?
RRB Technician Grade I and Technician Grade III are technical posts in Indian Railways, but their work level and responsibilities are different.
- Technician Grade I Signal mainly works in the signalling department and handles installation, maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting of railway signalling systems, which are important for safe train movement.

What is the Railway Technician Grade I & III Selection Process?
The Railway Technician Grade I Signal and Grade III selection process has three stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): A single online objective exam is conducted separately for Grade I Signal and Grade III posts. CBT marks are used to prepare the merit list.
