Which GATE Scores Are Valid for OPSC AEE Recruitment 2026?
A GATE Score remains valid for three years. Therefore, candidates can use a valid GATE Score from any one of the following years:

If a candidate possesses valid GATE Scores for more than one of these years. Only one GATE Score Card of the candidate choice should be uploaded and considered for the recruitment.
OPSC AEE QR Coded GATE Score Card Requirement
Only the QR coded GATE Score Card will be accepted for consideration. A GATE mark sheet will not be accepted in place of the prescribed GATE Score Card.
Candidates should ensure that the QR Code on the uploaded GATE Score Card is readable because OPSC reserves the right to verify GATE Scores from the concerned GATE portal during scrutiny or Document Verification.
OPSC AEE GATE Score Affidavit 2026
Candidates must submit an affidavit in the prescribed Annexure-I format confirming that the uploaded GATE Score Card is genuine and that no manipulation, forgery or tampering has been made.
If a GATE Score Card is found to be forged, manipulated or tampered with, the candidature may be rejected and criminal or legal action may also be initiated.
OPSC AEE Knowledge of Odia 2026
Candidates must be able to read, write and speak Odia and satisfy at least one of the prescribed language conditions.
- Passed Middle School Examination with Odia as a language subject, or
- Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as the medium of examination in a non-language subject, or
- Passed Odia as a language subject in the Final Examination of Class VII from a recognised School or Educational Institution, or
- Passed an Odia Language Test equivalent to Middle English School standard conducted by the School & Mass Education Department.
The Commission also reserves the right to test a candidate’s ability to read, write and speak Odia during the Interview process.
